Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026

1. Who we are

Katnax (katnax.com) is run by Tekula Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 13533205, registered office 35 Osier Crescent, Muswell Hill, London N10 1QR, United Kingdom. Email support@katnax.com. We are not VAT registered, so our prices have no VAT in them.

2. Who can use Katnax

You must be 18 or over to have a Katnax account. Children are welcome to make cards with a parent or carer who is signed in. Katnax is invitation only at the moment.

3. Making a card

4. Pictures you upload

5. Buying

6. Printed cards

We send your card to the printer within 1 to 2 working days, and it is posted with the delivery option you chose (see Delivery). Our printing partners are Prodigi and Cardly.

7. Your right to cancel

Printed cards are made to your design, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)).

PDF downloads are digital content. When you buy one you ask for it straight away and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is supplied (regulation 37). We say this at Pay and on your receipt.

None of this affects your rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described: see Refunds.

8. What you can do with your card

The finished card is yours to send, print and share for personal use. Please don't sell copies of it.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

10. Complaints

Email support@katnax.com or use Help, then Contact support, in the card maker. We reply within 2 working days and aim to sort it out within 14 days. If we can't settle a complaint, we don't use alternative dispute resolution. You can get free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service, and you can also take a claim to the small claims court.

11. Your personal data

How we use it, who we share it with and how long we keep it: see Privacy.

12. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
