When it's printed
We send your card to the printer within 1 to 2 working days of paying (Monday to Friday, not UK bank holidays).
How long posting takes

Times are the carrier's, counted from when the card is printed. They are not guaranteed, especially near Christmas.
Where we post to
Every country the Address step offers. In some countries a card from abroad may have customs charges; we can't control those.
Addresses
Please check the address before you pay. If a card goes astray because the address we were given was wrong, we can reprint it, and you pay the printing and postage cost.
If it hasn't arrived
Contact us at support@katnax.com if a UK card hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your order, or 20 working days abroad. We'll check with the printer and reprint it or refund you.
